I have 43 8oz jars of my Peel-On Apple Butter now available for purchase ($6.00 each) This delicious, homemade apple butter is made from organic McIntosh and Golden Delicious apples grown in my own front yard. There are less than 4 teaspoons of added cane sugar per jar , so my apple butter is tangy-sweet. Unlike most traditional, smooth apple butters, I leave the peels on the apples for added fiber and other good-for-you nutrients, as well as giving the apple butter a slight texture. Spices added include cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and clove for a cozy-warm flavor.

These apple butters make wonderful gifts and are pressure canned for a long shelf-life. Once opened, they need to be refrigerated and will last several weeks, if needed.
