PAYMENT:  Credit Card only.  Invoice will be sent to you from Square.  Payment is due upon receipt of invoice, unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY:  We do not offer refunds and cancellations of orders are rarely approved, due to the nature of our bake-on-demand business.

TURNAROUND TIMES:  Each order is different and depends on our schedule and yours, as well as the size of the order.

DELIVERY/SHIPPING:  Free delivery within the city limits of Delaware, Ohio.  Porch pickup is always an option.  We also ship using USPS to all other Ohio cities.  We promise to get you the best shipping rate possible and do not charge anything above what we are charged by the USPS.   For large orders, delivery outside of Delaware, Ohio can be discussed on a case by case basis but is not guaranteed.
