On this day exactly one year ago, I posted my first social media and blog posts introducing my new small business venture, Del City Farm. 🎂🎈🎉 What a fun, enlightening, and spiritually rewarding year it has been! 🤩 I wanted to take a moment to thank each and every one of you who have supported me by purchasing my products, recommending my products to others, offering suggestions and advice to me along the way, as well as encouraging and supporting me emotionally on my small business owning journey over the past year. 😍😚 There really is no way for me to fully explain how much all of this support has meant to me. ☺️ And, as many of you now know, the place where everything started, The Delaware County Community Market, is closing on December 24. 😪 I am heartbroken about this for many reasons. 💔 The business model the market had was phenomenal with it’s support of local vendors/businesses, as well as charities. I wanted to take a minute to thank everyone who came out to see us at the Main Street Delaware Farmers’ Market this season. 🤗 This past Saturday would’ve been our last farmers’ market day of the season, had we been able to attend. 😓 Regardless, this was our first season selling at the market and the customers, along with those from Main Street Delaware, Inc. who organize the market, are what made all the hard work getting ready for each weekend’s sales worth it. 😅😍 It was so fantastic to meet current customers, as well as meet/make new regular customers, on a weekly basis. 🤩 I look forward to seeing you all again at the end of next May! 😊 Until then, you can always purchase my products at The Delaware County Community Market, where I deliver fresh baked goods every Friday. 😋 And you can always special order any of the products that I bake directly from me via my social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, & Twitter) or my website contact form. 😃 Thanks so much, again, and have a fantastic week! 💖

Hello, hello! 👋 I have a few more announcements to make and this time they’re in regards to the Main Street Delaware Farmers’ Market tomorrow! 😃 We’ll be there selling the following cookies: Farmhouse Chocolate Chip 🍪, Buttered Hazelnut Coffee ☕️, Buckeye Oatmeal 🥜🍫, Buttered Pecan Spice (this nutty-spicy flavor is new to the farmers’ market but was fall favorite at the community market last year), and my brand new flavor that I just announced yesterday… Buttered Pistachio Cardamom! 😍 I’m also super excited to announce that we’re introducing two new mini loaf cakes: Mammaw’s Plum Spice Cake and Aunt Kewpie’s 1968 Applesauce Cake. 😋 These cakes are made using organic eggs 🥚, buttermilk, sea salt, unsweetened applesauce 🍏🍎, freshly made plum purée, raw walnuts, cinnamon, allspice, ginger, nutmeg, and cloves. 🧡 I promise their spicy deliciousness will warm your heart as much as it will your tummy! 🤩 We’ll also be selling our Mammaw’s Wacky Cake and Mammaw’s Bran Nut Bread. 😊 On a not so happy note, microgreen season is over for the year. ☹️ But we’ll have them again next spring. 🌱 Hope to see you tomorrow at the farmers’ market! 🤗
