As augured in yesterday’s social media posts, I’m ebullient to reveal my latest cookie pièce de résistance (sentence brought to you by thesaurus.com ): Harvest Pumpkin Cheesecake!

My new cookie recipe creates a dense, chewy cookie and is made using 100% real pumpkin flour and cream cheese powder (lowers the gluten per cookie by over 40% ), unsalted butter , organic eggs , a blend of cane sugars , a splash of real vanilla , and delectable autumnal spices (cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and cloves). For a delightful crunch, I also top the cookies with 3 raw pumpkin seeds.

Who here loves blueberries? 🫐😃  To me, blueberries always mean summertime.  🌞 I remember, when I was a kid, there was a local ice cream shop my mom and I used to visit that had a summer ice cream flavor featuring blueberries and cashews. 🍨 Every year, we’d get so excited anticipating the arrival of that flavor. 🤩 I experience so much joy from that wonderful childhood memory ☺️ and I can still taste the cool, fruity crunch of each delicious spoonful. 🥄😋  That nostalgia is why I created a spanking new cookie recipe and I’m celebrating the 1st day of meteorological Summer by introducing my new flavor creation 🥳, BLUEBERRY CRUNCH:  a vanilla dough base stuffed with freeze dried, blueberries and salted cashews. 🫐🩵💙  What do you think? 🤗 Are you ready to order your own dozen of sweet and crunchy, summer goodness? 😍

Happy 1st day of Meteorological Spring, everyone! I’m celebrating today by announcing a brand new cookie flavor!

When I was growing up, I spent a lot of time on my grandma’s and uncle’s farms in the Manila Creek hollows of West Virginia. One thing that was ALWAYS in the fridge and often on the menu alone or in their delicious country cooking was buttermilk. My grandma loved drinking it cold from the fridge in a chilled glass. These memories inspired my newest recipe. Introducing OLD-FASHIONED BUTTERMILK APRICOT!

With real, sweet cream buttermilk powder from Plain City, OH, and non-GMO, no added sugar, dried apricots , these chewy cookies are slightly tangy and salty with a punch of sunny apricot sweetness. Add in the real, unsalted butter , brown cane sugar, organic eggs , and sea salt , and you’ve got a cookie experience to die for , according to my husband.
